CASE Training is for the safety of our Children, Teens, Vulnerable Adults and Volunteers.
Please read below before you begin:
When anyone is volunteering or work with children, youth or vulnerable adults, they must go through Creating A Safe Environment (CASE) training and have a full Background Check completed every three years.
If you for any reason plan to drive anyone in your role, you will also need a DMV check. This must be done annually.
Below you will find the links to the documents to be trained, re-trained and/or background checked. Print off and fill in the Background Check form, Code of Conduct, and DMV form (if needed), and return them to our parish office with a copy of your ID.
If you have an Enhanced, REAL ID licenses/non-driver ID's or Passport, we no longer need your social security number. You can leave that space blank but we always will need a copy of your ID.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call us at 585/223-5500
